The cream top.

A layer of silky cream set over espresso or matcha, dusted and left to melt down through the glass. It is the house idea, and one of the drinks carries the house name.

Warm notes of caramel, roasted rice and brown sugar. Smooth and round‑bodied, with a nutty sweetness and a soft, comforting finish.
